Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Roof Dash, LLC operates a marketplace that connects property owners with roofing and remodeling contractors. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you don't agree, please don't use Roof Dash. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

3. For project owners

• Posting a project is free. You may receive and compare proposals at no cost.
• Unlocking a contractor's full proposal and contact details costs a flat fee of $10 per unlock.
• Roof Dash facilitates connections but is not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
• You are responsible for evaluating contractors and the terms of any work you arrange.

4. For contractors

• Access to projects requires an active city subscription for each city you serve.
• You must submit accurate insurance, licensing, and company documents for verification, and keep them current.
• Proposals must be genuine, accurate, and made in good faith.
• Roof Dash charges no commission on the work you win.

5. Payments & coverage

Unlock fees and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor; Roof Dash never stores your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Early-access discount coupons may be applied at checkout where eligible.

Each connection includes a reference project coverage of up to $100, subject to applicable terms. Coverage is a reference benefit and not an insurance policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent projects or proposals.
• Circumvent unlock fees or attempt to take connections off-platform to avoid them.
• Harass other users or misuse in-app chat.
• Interfere with, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Roof Dash is a marketplace and does not perform roofing or remodeling work. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any job arranged through the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and Roof Dash's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
